EGYM marketing material has been developed with your gym and members in mind, but if there is a problem with the product, we’re here to help.
All merchandise EGYM purchases, with the exception of apparel, have a 14-day return policy. Apparel is made on demand and can therefore not be returned.

Once we receive your items, we process them and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 15 business days. However, please note that it may take up to 20 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or damaged products
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order after approving your case.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
